The company was founded by Paolo Mazzei, who has more than 25 years of experience in the construction sector, including new homes, refurbishment, repairs and building improvement projects.
That background brings a direct understanding of what a well-resolved intervention requires: diagnosis, judgement, quality of execution and a view of the building as a whole before selecting the solution.
OIKOTHERM identifies and applies advanced technologies, innovative materials and specialist systems for the protection, refurbishment and modernisation of property. Technology is not introduced for its own sake, but as a practical tool to improve comfort, durability, indoor conditions and building performance.
